Mazda operational financing

UniCredit Leasing

Setting up cooperation with the new cooperation partner Mazda within the operational financing of UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. The solution includes technical support for the transfer of the entire operational financing portfolio from Credium to UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s.

Project goal

The aim of the solution was to set up cooperation with a new cooperation partner including technical support for the transfer of the entire operational financing portfolio data from Credium to UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. in terms of database and business processes, thus ensuring continuous operational financing for the Mazda importer with adaptation to specific requirements for securing financing. The aim of the project was also to make the most of the existing components of Operational Financing.

Project description

Conducting a thorough analysis of the Importer’s operational financing requirements and processes was key to understanding the needs and expectations for securing Dealer inventory financing and a smooth transition from the previous financing company.

The analysis highlighted the need to implement a “Waiting Room” for unsuccessfully processed data. Equally important is a subsystem for email and system notifications of upcoming payments (time-varying), reminders of missed payments (tiered), and reports generated by specific events (Waiting Room,…).

During the portfolio migration, more than 200 million CZK of funding was transferred. In the first month after the launch, new financings worth approx. 170 million were further launched via the implemented solution. CZK.

Emphasis was placed on the precise transfer and storage of sensitive funding data along with its efficient processing. The solution also included the provision of data transfer for the process of release of technical passes by an external company.
