For a leading European bank, we created and manage the third generation of an acquisition website that enables online ordering of the bank’s products.

Implementation of an application that allows ordering selected products online without the need to visit a branch.

Project description

We have already created the third generation of the acquisition website, which enables online ordering of the bank’s products. In addition to direct acquisition with order completion, the e-shop also serves as a lead generator, i.e. when the ordering process is not completed (most visits), information about visitors is stored and then contacted by the call centre. Currently, UniCredit contains 12 products, some elaborated in detail with calculators, some just as a teaser with entry into the ordering process. Changes in the product structure occur every month.

The ordering process in simple steps allows you to order a product online or choose to complete it in branch (make an appointment at a branch). The application is linked to the bank’s CRM, data is automatically transferred to the bank and further processed within the client’s leads management. The technical solution is custom-built.
